If you require an appointment outside of regular business hours, I may be able to accommodate you for a convenience fee of $20. Please contact me to inquire about availability.
POLICIES
Cancellations:
To ensure fairness to all clients, a 100% charge will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
No-Show:
In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the treatment to accommodate the remaining time. Please arrive on time to ensure the full experience.
Emergencies:
In the case of an emergency that prevents you from attending your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with the result, please contact us within 6 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to address and correct any issues.
Booking Deposit:
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Payments:
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo for payment.
Products:
We do not accept returns on opened products. Please be sure to inspect all items before use.
Health and Safety:
For the safety and well-being of all clients, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill. We adhere to the highest hygiene standards and sanitize all tools and surfaces between clients.
Children and Guests:
For safety and relaxation reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment area unless previously approved by the practitioner prior to your arrival.
Treatment Consent:
All clients must complete a consent form before receiving any treatment. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the consent form on their behalf.
